Iconic Aegean Islands from Istanbul with Explora Journeys

Beginning beneath Istanbul's historic skyline, this seven-night journey aboard EXPLORA II brings together Türkiye's turquoise coastline and some of the Aegean's most distinctive islands. The sailing departs Istanbul on 17 May 2027 and concludes in Piraeus on 24 May 2027.

Following a restorative day at sea, EXPLORA II arrives in Marmaris, where pine-covered hills meet sheltered bays and an elegant marina. Bodrum follows with its whitewashed architecture, waterfront dining, ancient heritage and vibrant social scene.

The Greek island experience begins in Patmos, known for its spiritual character and tranquil lanes. Milos brings volcanic landscapes and remarkably clear coves, before an extended stay in Mykonos creates time for beaches, boutiques, restaurants and the island's celebrated sunset atmosphere. The journey ends in Piraeus, gateway to Athens.
