Western Mediterranean from Barcelona aboard MSC World Asia

Beginning and ending in Barcelona, this seven-night MSC World Asia journey brings together leading ports in France, mainland Italy, Sicily and Malta. The sailing departs on 23 April 2027 and returns to Barcelona on 30 April 2027.

Marseille introduces the Vieux-Port and the atmosphere of Provence, while Genoa combines a historic harbour with the flavours of Liguria. Naples offers the city's celebrated food culture as well as optional experiences extending to Pompeii, Capri or the Amalfi Coast.

Messina creates access to Sicily's historic squares and the Etna–Taormina region. In Valletta, fortified walls, baroque architecture and views across the Grand Harbour form one of the itinerary's most memorable port days. A final day at sea leaves time to discover the ship's next-generation entertainment and lifestyle spaces before returning to Barcelona.
