Venice International Film Festival

The Venice International Film Festival is one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious cinematic events, bringing directors, actors, producers, media professionals and film enthusiasts together on the Venice Lido. Organised by La Biennale di Venezia, the festival presents world premieres, international competition titles, special screenings and professional industry programmes.

During the festival, red-carpet arrivals, screenings around the Palazzo del Cinema and selected events across Venice create a distinctive atmosphere throughout the city.
