Located in central Lisbon beside Parque Eduardo VII, Club 7 brings padel, fitness, wellness and social life together in one complete sports club. With 7 padel courts, tennis courts, gym, swimming pool, spa and wellness areas, lounge, café and padel bar, the club is a strong option for groups looking to combine training, recovery and a relaxed city atmosphere.

The program can be shaped around player level, daily training hours and group expectations. Accommodation, airport transfers, extra court time, private lessons and optional Lisbon experiences can also be included.

3-Day Padel Camp Programme

Morning Training

Begin each day with technical and tactical padel sessions in small groups arranged by player level. Training may focus on stroke control, court positioning, partner movement, transitions and realistic match situations.

Lunch and Recovery

After training, enjoy free time for lunch, recovery and relaxation in the club’s social areas. Depending on the package, fitness, swimming or wellness options can also be added.

Afternoon Match Play

Put the morning’s training into practice with level-based matches, social games, Americano format or a mini tournament at the end of the camp.

Lisbon After Padel

After the court program, explore Lisbon’s historic neighbourhoods, restaurants, viewpoints and vibrant city life at your own pace. Club 7’s central location makes it ideal for combining padel with a Lisbon city break.
